Fleet & upkeep

Three cities, one fleet ledger

Every unit carries a number and is serviced on a 500 km interval. When a mechanic logs a fault, that unit leaves the app before the next unlock.

Requirements and legality

Five checks before the first unlock

Everything below applies in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa. Bring one document and a card; nothing else is needed at the pickup point.

Minimum age: Riders must be 18 or older. A guardian cannot sign for a minor, and age is checked at unlock, not at booking.
ID or licence: A passport or Ukrainian ID card is scanned in the app. A valid category AM, A or B driver's licence is required for e-bikes where law requires it.
Deposit: A refundable card hold of ₴2,000 is placed at unlock and released within 5 business days after the last ride. No cash deposit is accepted.
Helmet rule: A helmet ships with every vehicle at no extra charge and must be worn while the ride is active, including short trips inside the city centre.
Night riding: Between 22:00 and 06:00 the front light must stay on and a reflective strap is required. Rides started after 23:30 end at the nearest dock, not mid-route.
No-ride zones: Sidewalks, pedestrian streets, park alleys, metro entrances and tram tracks are geofenced. The motor cuts to walking speed inside them, and a ride cannot be ended there.
Insurance: Third-party liability is included. Optional damage cover costs ₴59 per day and is shown before you confirm, never added silently.
